This hospital on the North Island of New Zealand requires a General Surgery Registrar to be a part of their General Surgery Department. It is definitely an exciting time to be joining this hospital where construction works are underway in building brand new facilities. You will be surrounded with some of the best equipment available and your training program will easily be strengthened with the level of care and attention this hospital gives to its patients.

Working on the General Surgical ward, you will be part of a team that currently includes 4 General Surgeon Specialists, one Urologist, two visiting Plastic Surgeons and a visiting Urologist. The 30+ bed ward caters for adult General Surgery, including Vascular, Chest, Plastics and Urology. The ward also provides support medical care for patients from Otolaryngology, Dental, Gynaecology, Ophthmalology and Orthopaedic services. Your training program will be closely supervised by the team of Specialists and with such as breadth of patients, your program is sure to be positively enriched.
